Refund policy

We do not issue refunds or accept order returns as of now. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, report it to us at udeety@veraart.studio within 48 hours along with images and we'll send a free replacement. 

For any changes in your order, kindly contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at udeety@veraart.studio. If an order is under process, we won't be able to make any changes to your order.
