Returns & Cancellations
Unfortunately, We do not accept order returns as of now. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, report it to us at email@example.com within 48 hours along with images and we'll send a free replacement.
For any changes, kindly contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. If an order is under process, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, If you'd like to make changes to your order kindly contact us within 24 hours at email@example.com
All our orders are processed within 48-72 hours. Post that our Standard Shipping takes around 3-5 days to deliver your order. Once shipped you'll receive an order tracking link on your email.
In case you require Express Shipping, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll arrange it for you.
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact us at email@example.com and we can assist you with the next steps.
Chances of receiving damaged item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your product to check if it's eligible for replacement.
Any customs duties/taxes arising during transit will be borne by the customer. We do not have any control over it.
